When I first moved into my current house almost 7 years ago the gameroom got a relatively quick and not thought out coat of purple paint and games shoved in there.  Then I kinda ran with a memorabilia everywhere theme and filled every corner with ’stuff’ from my childhood. (more…)

OK, so I did a complete rethink of the gameroom and the old ‘memorabilia everywhere’ look is gone leaving me with tons and tons of vintage toys and things from the 70’s and 80’s.  Here’s a quick list of it all, if you have a particular piece you might want please email me and I can send pictures etc! Just a quick update to show the near finished game. Have to restore the control panel still so the brackets and stick etc aren’t cleaned up yet, also need new locks and some marquee molding strips but that’s it.

Well, almost.. Here’s just a progress shot or two after painting the cabinet and starting to put things back together after polishing. I still need to order some ground braid and some bolts but getting there fast on this one! (more…)
